At Desi AF, all of our products are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all details, including sizes, colors, and customizations, are correct before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, we’re happy to assist you to ensure your order meets your expectations.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to find a resolution.
